Quinton Learns to Cook 2

This week I will be learning how to fry chicken, cook spaghetti, and bake biscuits.  I do not yet understand yet how a spaghetti starts out as a stiff, easily broken stick and then turns into a very flexible noodle.  So far I have cooked only one of the recipes my grandma taught me and that recipe was for pancakes.  I cooked the pancake at my school's art club meeting for the month of September.  In the art club we used food colored pancake mix to make pancake art.  My pancake art was the word PRIDE (our schools motto: Perseverance Respect Integrity Dependability and Excellence), unfortunately I wrote it backwards so it spelled EDIRP.  My teacher asked me if I could make it again, except this time have it correct, so I did.  The new pancake turned out good, so my teacher took a picture and taped it to a wall of different PRIDE related things.  Both of the pancakes tasted pretty good with some maple syrup on top.
